Well I guess if you have read through and made it to this page, not only do you recogonise my challenge for what it is but you are now considering sponsoring me so let me tell you about the three great charities and organisations I will be riding for.

~ Pediatric Intensive Care Unit - Southampton Hospital, Southampton, Hampshire.

These guys do fantastic work without seeking any praise, looking after all the little kids (well big and little). They have a special place in our heart for looking after a wonderful young lad who was tragically stolen from us in 2002.

~ The Peanut Ward, Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, West Sussex.

Another great ward who spend their time looking after kids (I've been there myself a couple of times). They ask for no thanks in return

~ Bicycle Helmet Initiative Trust BHIT.

This is an excellent charity who promote the wearing of Bicycle Helmets for all ages. lets face it no one likes to be smothered but would you ride a motorcycle or scooter without a helmet - No!! I thought not so why ride a cycle without one? Doesn't make sense to me.

The more aware we can make the public to the dangers of riding without a cycle helmet the better as far as I'm concerned visit their site, they are great. www.bhit.org/
